Shared Beach

The most distinctive part of this community is the shared coast that is just a short walk away from each home. The greenery between homes is also managed in a way that complements the island’s natural ecosystem. Residential Wildlife

This colony has a few animals that enjoy a balanced ecosystem. Snorkeling is a popular recreation here and for a good reason! There are plenty of saltwater fish to marvel at, including a large friendly eel that goes by the name of “Greenie” and he is not afraid of waltzing up to cameras. There are also plenty of magnificent birds that inhabit the local environment. The residents are encouraged to plant native florae to attract a diverse set of birds that could also contribute to the life cycle in the area. Unfortunately, global warming has affected the number of birds that come through, so encouraging a healthy ecosystem is more important than ever.

Proceed With Caution

While many of the animals are harmless, a healthy ecosystem will also attract predators of all sorts. Most of these animals keep to themselves, but if you do come across one, be sure to notify the local environmental experts. The big two are Coral Snakes and Bob Cats.
