Edwin W. Maldonado, MD

Dr. Edwin W. Maldonado is a fellowship trained and Board Certified Pain Management doctor Jupiter by the American Board of Anesthesiology and the American Board of Pain Medicine.  Dr. Maldonado uses the most advanced modalities for the treatment of acute and chronic pain conditions, with the purpose of returning his patients to a healthier and more productive lifestyle.

Dr. Edwin Maldonado was born and raised in Puerto Rico.   There he completed his medical education at Ponce School of Medicine in Ponce, PR in the year 2000.   After moving to the United States, he completed an internship year at Good Samaritan Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.  Anesthesiology residency followed at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA.  Following the anesthesiology residency, he completed a fellowship in Pain management at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, MD.  Dr. Maldonado became a Board Certified Anesthesiologist in 2005 with Certifications by the American Board of Anesthesia and in Pain medicine in 2006.

After working in private practice for 10 years, Edwin W. Maldonado, MD founded Certified Spine & Pain Care.  With multiple locations in
JupiterWellingtonDelray Beach and Pompano Beach , Dr. Maldonado is committed to provide his patients with the highest quality and compassionate care, to restore function and renew their hope.

Russell C. Feit, MD

Dr. Russell C. Feit is a Pain Management Specialist in Palm Beach and Broward Count .  Dr. Feit grew up in Long Island, New York and went to college at the University at Buffalo where he studied Pharmacology and Toxicology and graduated Summa Cum Laude.  He then went on to study medicine at Drexel University College of Medicine where he graduated with honors in 2014.  He was also inducted into the prestigious medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha in 2014.  He then went on to complete a residency in Emergency Medicine at Hahnemann University Hospital and completed a fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at the University of Rochester/Strong Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Feit  practiced pain management in New Jersey before moving to Florida and joining Certified Spine and Pain Care.  Dr. Feit is board certified in emergency medicine and pain medicine.  He is currently licensed to practice medicine in Florida, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  He also continues to work part time in the emergency department treating critically ill patients and is an expert on resuscitation, Dr. Feit’s true passion however is pain management and helping people become more functional so that they can get back to the activities that they used to enjoy.  Dr. Feits clinical interests include spinal cord stimulation and complex opioid management.

RUSSELL C. FEIT, MD

Ruben H. Schwartz, DO

Dr. Ruben Schwartz is a interventional pain management specialist in Broward and Palm Beach counties. Dr. Schwartz was born and raised in New Jersey. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Maryland, College Park majoring in Mathematics with a minor in Biology. He later studied medicine at Nova Southeastern College of Medicine in South Florida. He completed his internship at Broward General Hospital and his anesthesia residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center, where he served as chief resident and was awarded “Resident of the Year in Clinical Skills.” After residency, Dr. Schwartz completed his ACGME accredited fellowship in interventional pain management at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California. Dr. Schwartz brings a wealth of knowledge in the field of interventional pain management. He
has published numerous peer-reviewed scientific papers in the fields of Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology through highly ranked journal publications and textbook contributions. In addition, he has presented his research at numerous conferences including the American Society of Regional Anesthesia, American Society of Pain and Neuroscience, and the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. Recently, Dr. Schwartz was appointed Associate Editor
of the Anesthesiology section of the Annals of Medicine. His clinical interests include, but are not limited to, complex regional pain syndrome, cancer
pain, neuromodulation, cervicogenic pain, chronic migraine, pelvic pain, post laminectomy syndrome, and thoracic outlet syndrome among others.
Dr. Schwartz prides himself on being at the forefront of the pain field being trained in the latest technology giving his patients the best
chance to tackle their pain condition.
